ERP Consulting
We help you decide whether Odoo is the right system, what it should cover first, and how to structure a project that your team…
An independent Odoo consultancy that treats analysis as the first job, standard functionality as the default, and remote delivery as an advantage rather than a compromise.
OdooAptly is an independent consultancy that plans, implements and runs Odoo for organisations that want one system across sales, operations and finance. We work remotely with clients in the United Kingdom, Europe, India, the Middle East, Singapore and further afield, and we staff each project with the right people rather than the nearest ones.
We started the firm because we had seen too many ERP projects go wrong for reasons that had nothing to do with the software: requirements gathered from the wrong people, customisation used as the first answer rather than the last, and go live dates chosen before anyone checked that the business was ready. We decided to run projects the other way round.
Every engagement begins by understanding how your business runs today, with the people who do the work. The configuration follows the process. We do not open the system until the concept is agreed.
We fit processes to standard Odoo wherever the difference does not matter to your customers or your compliance, and we write custom code only where the business case is clear. Fewer customisations mean cheaper upgrades and fewer surprises.
Requirements, decisions, configuration and training material are documented as we go, in plain language. When a question comes up a year later, the answer is on record rather than in someone's memory.
You receive a plan with phases, responsibilities and a price before work begins. Changes are estimated and approved through the same process. You should never learn about a cost from an invoice.
We help you decide whether Odoo is the right system, what it should cover first, and how to structure a project that your team…
A structured implementation that fits your processes to standard Odoo wherever possible, and delivers each module with the people who will use it.
We connect Odoo to the tools around it and automate the repetitive steps inside it, from order to cash and from purchase to pay.
A monthly service that keeps your Odoo running, resolves user questions, applies updates and adds the functionality your business needs next.
Independent project management for Odoo and other IT projects, including the change management that decides whether a system is adopted.
Planned upgrades between Odoo versions and migrations from legacy ERPs or spreadsheets, with testing on your own data before anything changes.
We deliver remotely because it lets us put the best people on your project regardless of where they or you are based. Workshops run on video and are recorded. Decisions are written down the same day. Test databases are shared, so your team can try a process the moment it is configured. Where an on site visit genuinely helps, for instance at a stock count or a shop floor go live, we arrange it.
Our working hours span the United Kingdom, the Gulf, India and Singapore, so a question raised in one region is usually answered within the same working day.
Our clients are growing companies and groups that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools or a first ERP that never quite fitted. They come from eCommerce and retail, professional services, manufacturing and multi entity groups. What they have in common is a wish to run the business on one system and a willingness to do the preparatory work that makes that possible.
We prefer to be judged on the quality of the work rather than on names and photographs, so this site speaks for the firm as a whole. If you would like to know who you would be working with, the introductory call is the place to ask, and we will tell you plainly.
We are a remote consultancy with consultants working across the United Kingdom, India, the Gulf and Singapore time zones. We deliver projects for clients in those regions and beyond, and we match workshops and support to your working hours. Where a project genuinely benefits from a visit, such as a warehouse go live, we arrange one.
You book a free call of around thirty minutes. You describe how your business runs, what systems you use and what is not working. We tell you honestly whether Odoo is likely to fit, what a sensible first project would be, and what it would involve on your side. There is no obligation and no sales presentation.
Consulting and implementation phases are quoted as a fixed price against a written scope wherever the scope is clear enough to allow it. Where it is not, we estimate with a stated range and a cap, and we report time weekly. Managed services are a monthly retainer with an agreed allowance of hours. Any change to scope is estimated and approved before work starts, so you never learn about a cost from an invoice.
No. Our clients range from companies with a dozen users to groups with several legal entities. The method is the same at every size; the number of phases and the depth of governance change with the scale.
You do. Documentation, configuration, custom code and training material produced for your project belong to you and are handed over at the end of each phase.
Yes. We often provide consulting, project management or a second opinion while another team does the build. The roles are agreed in writing at the start so that responsibilities are clear.
